• Cod is down 12%
• Hake is up 9%
• Salmon down 8%
• Smoked Salmon still achieving €25 per kilo plus in the market

Ambient Category July 2022

• Plain Flour 16 Kg is currently up 36% since 2019
• Self raising Flour 16 Kg is up the same at 36%
• Chopped Tomatoes are up 20% since 2019

Frozen Category July 2022

• Frozen Fries are showing a 36% increase also but value is still available in the market but simply changing brand.
• Frozen Peas are seeing increases of 11%
• Frozen Cod is up by 15%

Dairy July 2022

• Milk has witnessed increases of approx 30% plus since 2019
• Cream has risen 38%
• Sliced Cheddar has risen 55%
